Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin announced the new scheme Pudhumai Penn 2022 on the occasion of Teacher’s Day 5th September 2022.
This is the name of Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance scheme Tamil Nadu. The chief minister on Monday in the presence of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal this announcement. Many other ministers such as the minister of Higher Education Minister of social welfare and minister for Hindu religious and charitable endowment and the minister of school education also attend this function. The main motive of this team is to increase the enrollment of girls in government schools. Over the past few years, this ratio has decreased with the hire rate.
To overcome this style in government introduced the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammaiyar Higher Education Assurance scheme. All the girl students who are studying from classes 6 to 12 in the government school will get rupees 2,000 in monthly financial assistance. This amount would be paid to the girl students till the completion of their undergraduate degree diploma or ITI courses. Rupees thousand will be directly transferred into the bank account of beneficiary students. As per the government that is they would provide the benefit to more than 6 lakh girls in Tamil Nadu state and the government allocated rupees 698 crores in the budget for this scheme.
