The judges who passed the order, in this case, today said, “Reservation should be given only after proper caste-wise survey, how can the reservation be given without proper survey?”, This law has been passed in haste considering the assembly elections against the constitution. Does the state government have the authority to enact this?’ The judges also questioned.
